Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive workmanship warranty designed to give you long-term confidence in your investment.
Our tile installations, including both workmanship and tile products supplied by us, are warranted for a period of 20 years from the date of full payment. This warranty covers defects related to installation or product performance under normal residential use. If an issue arises due to our workmanship—such as leaks, breakdowns in grout, loose tiles, or installation defects—we will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you.
This warranty reflects a simple principle: properly installed tile systems reveal any installation-related issues early. If your installation performs as intended during the initial period of use, it is expected to continue performing reliably for decades under normal conditions.
Certain exclusions apply. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alterations, insects or pests, structural movement, acts of God (including floods, fires, or earthquakes), cosmetic issues reported more than 12 months after installation or any external factors beyond our control.
Please note that caulking and sealant maintenance are considered homeowner responsibilities and are not covered under this warranty. Failure to properly maintain or update caulking over time—particularly where deterioration leads to water intrusion or damage—will void warranty coverage for any resulting issues.
If you’re in doubt about the state of your caulking, call us any time. We can help. We can reapply a fresh bead of caulking throughout your washroom as often as you wish. There’s no reason to be apprehensive about this part of the process- it’s easily addressed.
Product & Material Warranties
All materials used in your project—such as shower bases, wall systems, fixtures, doors, and accessories—are covered by the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. Most of our suppliers offer coverage ranging from 10 years to limited lifetime protection against manufacturing defects.
If a manufacturer warranty issue arises, we will assist you by coordinating the claim, repair, or replacement process to help ensure it is handled smoothly and efficiently.
For your convenience, detailed manufacturer warranty information is included in your project documentation and is also available directly on the manufacturers’ websites. If you ever need help locating or understanding this information, simply reach out and we will gladly guide you to the appropriate resources.
How To Make A Claim
If you notice a problem, contact us right away: We’ll schedule an inspection as soon as possible. If the issue is covered, we’ll make it right — quickly and
professionally. We’re human, and we care about our customers. We’re always no more than a phone call or email away.
Further Terms & Conditions
This shower renovation warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights provided under applicable
Canadian consumer protection laws. Tilewright Bath Conversion reserves the right to inspect and
determine the cause of any reported issue before repairs are performed.
This shower renovation warranty applies to the original purchaser and remains valid as long as you own the home. It is non-transferable if the property is sold.
