Our shower renovation process aims for the opposite- we’ll give you all of the pricing and product answers and leave you to decide on your own, without any manufactured sales drama.

Follow-up
If our price and shower renovation process (as explained online and in the quote) are suitable, book an in-home consultation to confirm that your chosen products fit into your washroom. After the in-home consult, you're free to gather additional information.

First Preparation Steps
If our quote looks favourable to you, after comparing with the alternatives, feel free to schedule a measuring consultation that suits your schedule.

Measuring Consultation
During our consultation visit, we confirm your choices, recommend alternatives if necessary, answer questions and explain the construction process. We also set you up with tile-buying requirements (sq ft, trim, grout colour) as well as vendor recommendations, if asked.

Committing To A Contract
When you're ready, make a deposit payment online, and schedule the start date. We'll walk you through every next step, from choosing/buying tiles, to selecting grout colours, to informing us where to pick up your tiles and what to expect on day one.

Pre-Installation Process
With the start date scheduled, we confirm that you've bought and paid for the tiles. We will collect them, and provide a detailed breakdown of construction timelines.

Day One of Production
We'll show up, protect your space first (tarps, runners, fans) commence with demolition and provide waste removal on day one.

Tiling and Remainder of Installation
After the base and fixtures are installed, the tile-setter can review grout spacing and any last-minute considerations before getting to work. The shower door, accessories, fixture cover plates are installed, and caulking applied, once the tile work has been completed.

Last Steps of Installation
After tiles are installed and grouted and walls and doors are caulked, we remove any remaining waste and tools so that the entire room can get cleaned before we're done.

Post-Production Walk-through
When production is completed, we'll walk you through all of the features of your fixture, door, grab bars, seat and niche (if ordered) and confirm that you're satisfied with the completed product.

A Month Later
We'll reach out via phone or email to confirm that your washroom is built to expectation. We're always a phone call away, should you have any issues with any aspect of our work.
